Is the insurance included? 

Yes fully comprehensive insurance is included.

A $2500 insurance deposit is required to cover any claim. This is organised at pick up as a Credit Card bond. (no money comes out of your account unless a claim is made). Alternatively you can deposit the $2200 into our account. We will refund the full $2500 when you return the van and no insurance claim is required.

What’s the drop off and pick up time? 

Per night: Pick up is 3:30pm drop off is 11am.

Per day: Pick up 9:30am drop off 4:00pm

We can be flexible (times are a guide)

How much deposit do I have to pay for a VAN?

To secure a booking you need to pay 50% of the hire cost or $500 (whichever is lesser). This secures your dates. 

The difference is due on pick up

Is there a booking fee?

No, we do not charge any booking or admin fees.

Can I have my pet inside the van?

No pets inside the van, please consider other customers who may have allergies. 

 

Can I run the van fridge while driving?
