Is the insurance included?

Yes fully comprehensive insurance is included.

FLAT RATE OPTION: $2500 credit card bond held for insurance excess and not withdrawn from your account unless required.

INSURANCE REDUCTION OPTION: A reduction of the insurance excess to $1,000 is available for $20 per day. Excluding damage to the awning. This option must be paid in full prior to departure and is not refundable. Please note: Insurance reduction is not available for drivers under the age of 25.

Per night: Pick up is 3:30pm drop off is 11am.

Per day: Pick up 9:30am drop off 4:00pm

To secure a booking you need to pay 50% of the hire cost or $500 (whichever is lesser). This secures your dates.

The difference is due on pick up

No, we do not charge any booking or admin fees.

No pets inside the van, please consider other customers who may have allergies.
